It’s hard to imagine given the tragic end to the Buell Blast, and Eric Buell’s personal condemnation of his foray into the small displacement market. But, nevertheless, solid sources at Asphalt and Rubber are reporting that Erik Buell Racing is indeed considering making a 250cc learner-style motorcycle to compliment its EBR 1190RS race/sport bike.
How the small Wisconsin company will develop a 250cc motor remains to be seen. Will it be competitive with the venerable Ninja 250, and brand new CBR250R?

That’d be cool…FI…250 to 500ccs… but if it’s 500cc someone would have to start fihundymag.com
